My name is Mary Phelan aka Mary Sunshine!

I have been a Jewelry Artist, Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner for over 20 years. I have spent the last 4+ years working as a Meditation Teacher and Holistic Wellness Mentor, Facilitating Women’s Sacred Circle Workshops.

I absolutely love inspiring and empowering women to be their most authentic and healthiest selves!

I am blessed to call home an old farmhouse, nestled in the countryside in Pennsylvania. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, I am visited daily by wildlife of all kinds. I am deeply connected to the natural world and the incredible holistic healing modalities it offers.

I have a passion for helping others discover self love and healing through holistic means. My offerings include massage, energy work, gemstone jewelry, therapeutic art making, guided journaling, meditation and community with likeminded individuals.

In my free time I enjoy painting, drawing, and collaging, spending time with my adoring husband and two cats, sipping tea by the fire, soaking up nature’s beauty, happy dancing, hiking, yoga, gardening and walking on the beach.

My mission is to spread my rays of sunshine and positive energy to others to uplift their lives. I aim to inspire and assist women in their journeys of self exploration and discovery, personal empowerment, self care, self love and self acceptance!

Through my diverse offerings, I teach natural healthy coping skills and techniques to assist others in enhancing their wellness, inner peace, resilience and confidence.

My Sacred Circle Workshops offer a soulful space for women to connect, learn and share about living in balance in Mind, Body and Spirit!
