I’m on a mission to spread the knowledge that art has the power to transform our lives. Mental fitness is something we are lacking in our society, and I want to be a small part of that change. I want more people to understand how in a multitude of ways art can be used to create new neuropathways, in order to improve our brains. That’s what my business REFLECT & CREATE is all about and why I host events for free.
