Russ is the Founder, Lead trainer and Director of all things at the Puzzled Players Comedy Improv Theater and Training Center. Russ shares his love for Improv and the many tools and techniques he has acquired, from some of the most talented instructors in the country, including Gary Austin, the founder of the Groundlings in Los Angeles.
Through the Puzzled Players Training Center, Russ provides unique training for businesses in the form of live workshops, which help students quickly acquire skills including clear communication skills, improving teamwork, increasing self-confidence, releasing their creativity, becoming more trustworthy and trusting others, recognizing their emotions and empathizing with others, problem identification and problem-solving, and more-all designed to help your organization reach your business goals.
