Raku and alternative firing

These 4 week courses are suitable for total beginners or people with a little bit of experience on the wheel.

Longer, 5 hour throwing sessions for beginners and intermediate. Beginners are open to people with little or no experience and intermediate are those with some experience but who want to improve on a certain technique

These 6 week courses will give you a basic understanding of handbuilding, throwing, glazing and raku techniques. Once you’ve completed this course you can then move onto our regular night classes (when spaces available). Suitable for total beginners
