Inspired Movement

As a STOTT-qualified Pilates instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through safe and effective movement. My own journey began with personal struggles, including injuries and illness, which led me to discover the transformative power of correct movement patterns.

Since then, I’ve been certified in Stott Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Personal Training, and Yoga Instruction. My approach is rooted in functional movement and correct alignment, which I believe are essential for preventing injuries and improving overall physical health.

With a special focus on pre- and postnatal fitness, I’ve helped countless mums and mums-to-be navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. In addition to prenatal classes I offer a range of live online classes including Pilates and Strength Training. Or catch a pop-up class with me in London.
