Certified Professional Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor specialising in creating personalised fitness programs that help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Experienced working with clients 1-to-1 and teaching group classes online and in-person.

My approach combines bodyweight and resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, progressive overload and Pilates techniques to improve overall fitness, flexibility and core strength.
