Seagull Bakery

Seagull Bakery is based in Tramore, County Waterford. We specialise in sourdough bread and sourdough pastries. I started the bakery in 2013 when I converted the art studio in my back garden into a bakery. In 2016 we moved the bakery into the town centre in Tramore and my husband Conor came on board full time, we now have shops open in Waterford City and Dunmore East. We use organic flour in our breads, and local and seasonal produce across our product range. I was fascinated with the new wave of heritage grain across the world and have been actively looking for willing Irish famers to grow heritage grain for us. We currently use locally produced flours from County Kilkenny which have so many positives. Sarah Richards
