In 2019 Chyna Mae & Renee Taylor created Operation A.R.T.S. to pursue their passion for the arts and help develop the creative economy. After honing their respective crafts to a professional degree they both found that there was a lack of support and professional development for individuals in the arts. Even after formal education in the arts most artists today still needed help understanding what it really took to be a professional career artist. They took matters into their own hands, they helped themselves, they self-educated, and branched out finding like-minded partners and experiences in a variety of industries. Now after 10+ years of working for other companies these two determined creatives have come together to form their own organization, Operation A.R.T.S. An organization that trains artists to be better entrepreneurs through networking and professional development events while creating different exposure opportunities. Past works printed include curated comics, illustrations, and advertisements for different print publications including Clarksville Happenings, Mary Jane of Maryland and more.

Operation A.R.T.S. is an acronym that stands for Alliance for Responsible Trade & Sustainability. Operation A.R.T.S is an organization that was created for artists by artists, to lay the foundation for profitable collaborative relationships between the artists, businesses & the community. This is accomplished through professional development services, curated local art staging, and creative impact events that cultivate strong business skills and relationships. Today they curate art in alternative spaces including a gallery in Launch Workplaces located in Gaithersburg, MD and another gallery in Mount Vernon Marketplace located in Baltimore, MD. Through strong business relationships between artists and other entrepreneurs, each sector becomes stronger; cultivating creativity in business and building business skills in creative professionals.
