I’m Natalie Shirvanian, a Sleep Architect and founder of Breathing in Gent: Well-Being Studio. My own journey through years of stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights inspired me to explore psychology, psychotherapy, and meditation in depth. I studied Psychology, received Oxford-Russia scholarship, began doctoral research, and later earned a Master’s in Psychotherapy in the U.S.
Along the way, I discovered that my true calling was not only in traditional therapy, but in guiding people toward deep rest and inner balance through a holistic approach. Over the past decade, I’ve developed the Mystic Method for Deep Sleep™, a unique 12-week program that blends science, breathwork, and timeless rituals.
As a meditation teacher on the Insight Timer app, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 80,000 people worldwide toward moments of calm, clarity, and renewal. Through my workshops and programs — both in Ghent and online — I support ambitious professionals, creatives, and leaders who are ready to move beyond quick fixes and finally experience restful nights, consistent energy, and a deeper connection with themselves.
