Hi there! My name is Britney and I'm here to help you find joy through movement!
I'm a seasoned instructor, dedicated to creating classes that nurture the body and strengthen the mind. I developed my deep knowledge and passion for Pilates through years of study and practice. In addition to Pilates, Britney holds certifications in Yoga and Barre and have a background in dance. I've has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many spaces throughout New England, Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, Soma Yoga + many more.
Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, I take pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. I love meeting new faces and am passionate about empowering students to build confidence and embrace your unique fitness journeys.
