Jo is a consultant specialising in autism and ADHD assessment pathways, with extensive experience supporting health organisations and services to design safe, effective, and compliant processes. She combines practical sector insight with a deep understanding of system pressures, helping organisations navigate complex policies such as Right to Choose.

Through MHDS, Jo works with organisations to improve service delivery, workforce planning, and governance, drawing on her hands-on experience running her own charity, The ND Harbour. She brings clarity, practicality, and evidence-based guidance to organisations looking to understand and implement best practice in neurodiversity services.
