Hi, I'm Krisz Rokk, the CEO of Strength In Business. My heart beats for entrepreneurship, although my journey started in the corporate world. Experiencing the marketing & sales realm for 25+ years, first through the lens of global multinationals such as Coca-Cola, GfK, ABB, Freudenberg, Information Resources Inc. as a National Key Account Manager and Marketing Consultant, and later by working side-by-side with business owners and big businesses in a variety of industries, I uncovered common dysfunctional behavioral patterns within organizations irrespective of the size. Upon this discovery, I implemented unconventional methods of operation and systems that led to sustainable growth while keeping teams healthy.

Having a solid understanding of the European market, including the specifics of Western and Eastern mentalities, culture, and habits, combined with my ability to interact and communicate with audiences in their native language, enables me to feel the pulse and quickly identify the root cause of a business owner's struggle. Providing highly individualized solutions to a perceived problem is what I excel at.

After making Amazon’s best seller list with my book “Die Podcasting-Goldgrube” and writing thousands of non-fiction articles and blog posts throughout my career, I’ve decided to explore new realities by diving into the fascinating world of poetry, fiction, and sci-fi. “Spiritual Harvest” is my first book in this genre, encompassing a collection of poems and short stories inspired by the quantum.
