Kali Manduka Yoga
I began my yoga journey over 15 years ago with the intent to use my teacher training to give me more tools and understanding to heal my body from physical injuries and my mind from life and work related trauma. As I took more courses and brought more yoga to my life I knew that I had to share this with everyone!
I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher and student and truly feel that this is my path in life (dharma). I offer a variety of yoga sttles of practice , breathing exercises, journaling, and workshops with a well-rounded and transformative wellness experience. By incorporating different elements of yoga and offering opportunities for self-reflection, I inspire and encourage my students to explore their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being on a deeper level.
My mission is to share yoga and all it has to offer with as many people as I can through my offerings and also from the way I live my life. Ultimately I want to create space for you to start living your best life!
