Jarrod Frankel

Jay has over 12 years of experience in sectors ranging across Retail, FinTech, Banking, Finance, Audit, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Jay has experience working for some of the worlds largest businesses such as Vodafone and Barclays Group. Jay has served a variety of roles garnering him extensive exposure and providing a comprehensive understanding of the business functions and their operational necessities.

Jay's latest corporate role was as an Internal, Financial and Quality Auditor liaising directly with the Group Financial Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Africa’s largest security company. Prior to this Jay had expressed a deep interest in FinTech and was appointed as a Digital Project Manager for Barclays Group Africa. Jay has direct experience with Executive Committee’s and board dealings having, in his first ever role being fully employed, reported directly to a Group CEO.

Jay studied a Bachelor’s degree in Intrapreneurial Management from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an advanced diploma in Digital Marketing. Jay has also previously taken part in Microsoft’s BizSpark program as an honorary delegate, where young entrepreneurs are invited to pitch their innovative business concepts and ideas aimed at growing the African economy and its business capabilities.

Jay has a passion for business start-ups and is currently involved in running start-ups in the digital space which are focused on the delivery of high quality digital branding and exposure for clients globally with the aim of expanding their world wide reach.
