Background: Greg Parham is the President and co-founder of First Alliance Title, LLC, a title insurance and escrow company serving the Colorado Front Range. Greg also maintains his private law practice assisting clients with various real estate, business, and estate planning matters.

Lectures/Presentations: Greg frequently lectures on matters pertaining to residential and commercial real estate, including the structuring of creative and complex real estate transactions, seller finance, short sale and foreclosure transactions, estate and probate matters, and effective prospecting and business planning techniques for real estate brokers.
