Hi.
My name is Gerlee. I'm a yoga and breathwork practitioner. A yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator.
I combine the practices of yoga and breathwork to guide you towards holistic well-being. My goal is to create safe spaces for exploration and healing through breathing techniques, integrating movement and mindfulness.
Integration of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation promotes our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It's a holistic approach to well-being that aims to unite the body, breath, and mind.
Yoga Asanas improve flexibility, and promote physical health. They also help to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for stillness.
Conscious control and regulation of breath helps to quiet the mind and improve focus.
Meditation techniques and mindfulness allow for deeper relaxation, stress reduction, and enhanced mental clarity.
