eTMS Ohio is a state-funded program that is authorized under Ohio House Bill 110 of the 134th General Assembly. JLC Services, Inc. is the Program Administrator and Clinical Management entity for the program. JLC Services, Inc. headquarters is located inside the D2 Human Performance Center, located at 3201 E. Royalton Roaad, Suite 30, Broadview Heights, Ohio 44147.
