My mission is to help people find the property that’s right for them—at the right time and under the right terms. After a decade in the nonprofit sector, I entered real estate with a strong service mindset, which means I take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and talk through your options. I’m on your team every step of the way.

My own homeownership journey has shaped the way I support clients. My first home was a newly constructed townhouse in Magnolia—short on personality, big on bathrooms. Now my family and I live in a 1904 farmhouse in Ballard, which came with the opposite challenge. Along the way, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to get creative with design, remodeling, and problem-solving. I bring that same creativity and practical know-how to helping clients imagine what’s possible and make smart, informed decisions.

I have deep ties to the Seattle community as a resident, volunteer, Seattle University alumna, and parent. Those who know me, trust me.
