AIA Brooklyn Emerging Professionals
The AIA Brooklyn Emerging Professionals Committee is a voice and a resource for architects and designers who are within the first 10 years of their architectural career. As a Committee, we organize a variety of social and educational programs and events that cultivate the emerging professional and encourage a network of seasoned professionals who support young people in the early stages of their careers.
Some of the programs that the AIA Brooklyn Emerging Professionals Committee supports:
> A.R.E. Study Group: Group study sessions, discussion panels, events and a lending library that serve to help individuals that are studying for their license.
> “Ask Me Anything” (AMA), Professional Development, Networking and Social Events: Teaming up with local AIA Chapters, other AIA Brooklyn Committees as well as other Related Industry Organizations, we host several forums that encourage connection, learning from peers, and career advancement: CV Stories, Leadership, Opportunities, Parallel Pathways and March Mentoring
