Mynor Herrera is a founding partner in the Keller Williams Capital Properties’s Bethesda office. He also founded Mynor and Associates, which is a nationally ranked real estate team that practices in the DMV - District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
Mynor’s numerous real estate accolades include: NAHREP’s Top 250 (nation’s top Latino Realtors), Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Team, Bethesda Magazine’s Top Real Estate Team, the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, his selection as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, and so much more.
Mynor also has a very strong sense of community. He founded and coaches the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Youth Wrestling Club, which boasts 100+ wrestlers and is now the BCC high school wrestling coach where is youngest son attend school. He has also held a number of community leadership roles including: Commissioner for the Housing Opportunities Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors for the following organizations: Affordable Housing Conference, Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Wrestlers in Business Network, Hispanic Business Foundation, and the Rock Creek Pool and Tennis Club. Mynor and his team also continue to donate time and money to various charitable organizations on a consistent basis.
Mynor began his real estate journey in ‘99 when he purchased a condo in downtown Bethesda at the age of 24. Before he was 30, he had already purchased two rental homes in Ocean City, MD. In 2005, Mynor went all in and graduated #1 in his class at the Weichert Real Estate Academy. Within six weeks he sold his first home, and by his second year he was the #1 agent in his Bethesda office!
Mynor is a native Washingtonian having graduated from DeMatha in ‘92 and American University in ‘96. On a personal level, Mynor was inducted into the Dematha Hall of Fame, was a National Prep Champion wrestler and was an Olympic Torchbearer. Mynor currently resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife, Ina and his youngest son Enrique. His oldest son lives and attends college in Denver Colorado.
