Tri-Valley Career Center

The Tri-Valley Career Center (TVCC) is a community resource, connecting employers with qualified, skilled talent and job seekers with employment and career development opportunities - both of which build a strong local economy. We provide a variety of free services to employers and job seekers alike.

For the job seekers, our primary mission is to guide them through the job search process, teaching them skills to be successful and offering support along the way.  We teach skills, build confidence, and offer new ways of looking at career opportunities.  Then we connect them to pieces of training and local or regional employers to get them back into the workforce.  

For employers, we offer recruitment assistance from guidance in writing job descriptions to hold large and small recruitment events. We connect our job-ready candidates to the employers who are looking to grow their business through additional staff.
