Our objectives include: paddling to ‘give a face’ to breast cancer statistics and raise awareness of breast cancer, to demonstrate that people can be physically active after breast cancer, to highlight the health benefits of dragon boat paddling for breast cancer suurvivors, and to encourage diversity, empowerment, personal safety, and wellbeing for people who have experienced breast cancer. We provide opportunities to form friendships, have fun, get fit, and participate in the sport of dragon boating and associated activities.
