Abstract:

What's the role of a designer according to the maturity of the organization? We'll present you two case studies where designing is mostly striving for reaching a strategic impact. In that case as designers we need to develop a new key skill: the ability of influencing business decisions.

¿Cuál es el papel de un diseñador según la madurez de la organización?Presentaremos dos casos de estudio donde el diseño se esfuerza principalmente por alcanzar un impacto estratégico. Como diseñadores, necesitamos desarrollar un nuevo key skill: la capacidad de influir en las decisiones comerciales.
