¿Quién debe completar el formulario?
Si la persona inscrita tiene entre 14 y 17 años, el formulario para menores de edad debe ser diligenciado por su madre, padre o representante legal.
¿Cuándo debe quedar listo?
Debe completarse antes de inscribirse en Eventbrite. La inscripción solo podrá mantenerse si encontramos la autorización previa. Si el formulario no está completo o aprobado, podremos anular la inscripción y no será posible realizar el check-in.
¿Qué debemos tener en cuenta según la edad?
Entre los 14 y 17 años, la participación requiere la autorización previa de su representante legal. Para menores de 14 años, el proceso requiere acompañamiento presencial del representante legal durante la actividad. Además, promovemos medidas de cuidado acordes con la protección integral de niñas, niños y adolescentes: no pedimos datos innecesarios, no tomamos fotos de menores de edad y procuramos entornos seguros con acompañamiento responsable.
