Hygge Scandinavian Baking Workshop & Seminar

Come join us at Hygge for an informative and inspiring workshop all about Scandinavian baking! Learn how to make traditional Nordic breads and pastries with Hygge’s head baker Emmanuela Delatola and Vassiliki Kallia in a professional baking setting/kitchen and inviting atmosphere.

This 8 hour intensive workshop and seminar will teach you the secrets and steps to the perfect sourdough loaf and buns, Danish rye and a seasonal semla among other Scandinavian classics. A hands-on experience providing the basics about Scandi breads, proofing times, ingredient quality & nutrients - including how to mix the perfect sourdough starter.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves, dust off your apron, and dive into the world of Scandinavian baking with us!
