Soul Food Community Cafe

Join us as we sit in small groups and talk, drink coffee and eat cake. There are a few activities to encourage conversation. It is not a grief counselling service but you will experience compassion for others and gratitude for your life.The café is run by volunteers who have experienced grief themselves. You will also learn a little about planning for the end of your life.This is part of a worldwide movement.
