GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. Applications will be reviewed and acceptance will be emailed to vendors. **The reserves the right to refuse any vendor. **
  2. No vendor alcohol sales or samples permited.
  3. Food vendors must carry a fire extinguisher.
  4. Vendors will not have access to water.
  5. Each vendor must be ready for load in before the 6pm designated move-in time.
  6. Tent, table, chairs & light are not included in booth fee.
  7. Vendors are responsible for the collection, payment, and reporting of their own sales tax.
  8. You, your staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion.
  9. Food displays must be contained within booth space.
  10. Conduct and displays must be appropriate, pick up trash and leave area clean and debris free.
  11. Someone from your staff must manage the booth before, during and through breakdown.
  12. Vendor booth must be set up and ready by 10:00 am before event begins at 11:00am sharp.
  13. Vendor should carry all licenses or permits applicable to their products.
  14. Restrooms are available for use.
  15. Coffee and refreshments will be provided for all vendors.
