Katie Despres — Systemic Constellations FacilitatorKatie Despres is a Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator based in Bristol, offering workshops, training days, and 1:1 and couples sessions both in person and online.Her work supports individuals and groups to explore the underlying dynamics shaping relationships, work, leadership, and inherited family patterns, bringing clarity, movement, and greater ease to what has felt stuck or entangled.Before training in systemic work, Katie built a successful career in executive recruitment under James Caan, giving her a strong understanding of organisational systems, hierarchy, and real-world pressures. She later trained in life coaching and NLP with The Coaching Academy, and has over a decade of experience in embodied practice, including more than 1,500 hours of yoga teacher training.Alongside her constellation work, Katie runs practical, accessible yoga courses in Bristol, designed to introduce people to the foundations of yoga practice in a grounded and realistic way.
